Yoga for Teens: Feeling Stressed About Something?

Posture is an important part of yoga. It's thought that good posture helps the flow of energy in your body. Work on sitting or standing up straight. Over time you will feel a difference. Don't beat yourself up over slouching.

You know that feeling of being anxious, lightheaded, confused, or irritated when you're stressed? We breathe faster when we are stressed out, which in cause's oxygen in the blood stream. By slowing your breathing down you can help balance your body.
